Due to continued growth 1Medical are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our Operations Team.

As our Compliance Manager you will be an integral part of 1Medical team and help underpin our future growth. The role will involve ensuring our service delivery to both clients and candidates from a compliance point of view. This position works closely with our high performing consultants by supporting the service needs of our Doctors & Hospitals in Metro and rural areas throughout Australia.

Your Main Responsibilities will be:

• Manage our compliance team on a day-to-day basis including onboarding and training of current / future hires
• Oversight of all team compliance for contracted doctors and maintaining audits
• Weekly meetings with all Consultants / Teams to ensure health of each business unit
• Database management and process improvements
• Management and improvement of compliance reports
• Liaise and develop relationship with key stakeholders within the business
• Management and improvement of our online compliance and onboarding platform
   

Key skills:

• Although not essential, experience as a compliance consultant within a medical recruitment agency or end to end recruitment experience within a hospital setting would be preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy of maintaining / auditing candidate records.
• Previous experience in process improvement (desired, not required)
• Great written communication skills
